How to LOSE FAT & BUILD MUSCLE whilst eating out with friends 🔥
Key Notes:
1. Always add another 200-300 calories to your meals when you are tracking. If your goal is to stay lean and lose fat then this is key because there will always be added butter and olive oil which is very high calorie, even in salads)
2. Go for lean protein as much as possible (steak, beef burger, chicken, white fish, fish in general, eggs, turkey, bison)
3. Avoid fried foods and unnecessary carbs (sushi, bread, pasta, rice, sauces, fries)
4. Fast if possible on days you are going to eat out and be social.
5. Get some lean 50-60g protein before you eat out. Can be some chicken or tuna. This will make you eat less outside + you will already have protein for your day
6. at out on refeed days (days where you eat at a caloric maintenance not deficit 1x per week, works great on saturdays.
I love eating out and having good food. But I mostly prefer doing it when I am lean bulking. Just because it's so easy for calories to stack up which is gonna make it alot harder to stay within your calorie deficit (not impossible, but harder).
So if your main goal is to lose fat, try limiting the amount of food you eat out and use these tips.
